In this talk I will introduce irreducible holomorphically symplectic varieties and present a recent result about the birational geometry of some of them, which are constructed as moduli of stable objects in K3 categories (LPZ varieties). Based on arxiv:2202.13702 , joint work with Franco Giovenzana and Claudio Onorati.
