A spinout company founded by two Loughborough alumni has supported the launch of a new rugby ball which could be set to revolutionise the sport.

Football alumni hold virtual 5-a-side quiz

Since the year 2000, a group of Football alumni have run a 5-a-side memorial tournament in honour of former student teammates who died at a young age. This year, their event was transformed into a 5-a-side virtual quiz to raise money for charity.

At the end of 2020, following unprecedented success under the Chairmanship of Sir Peter Bonfield CBE FREng, the University Council has approved that Christine Hodgson CBE, Chairman of Severn Trent, and a Loughborough alumna, will take up the role as Chair of Council and Senior Pro-Chancellor at Loughborough University.
