As alumni, you are our greatest ambassadors. We want the connection between you and Loughborough to be a lifetime one.
As well as hearing about your 'life after Loughborough', we want to keep you posted on the latest developments both on and off campus and provide details of a wide range of alumni events to keep you connected with Loughborough and your fellow alumni.
By regularly updating your details, you will ensure you receive regular bulletins plus invitations to a wide range of alumni events.
Register and update your details online
If you haven't already done so, you can update your details by registering on our website. You will be asked to complete a number of fields, including a username and password of your choice. Once you have done this, click on the submit form and we will process your registration.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent shortly afterwards and each time you need to update your details in the future, you will be able to do so by logging onto the website with the username and password you have chosen.
Please note: Your date of birth should be entered in the format DD/MM/YYYY e.g. 31/01/1991
About your data
Your data will be held securely in the University and will be treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of Loughborough University and its members. Data may be made available to academic and administrative departments, recognised alumni societies, and other clubs associated with the University. Data is used for a range of alumni and University activities, including sending publications and promoting services and events to alumni. Data will not be disclosed to external organisations or individuals, other than those providing an alumni-related service for the University. In such instances we will ensure that there are written contracts in place governing the usage of data.
Under the terms of current Data Protection legislation you have the right to object to the use of your data for any of the above purposes.
