As an International Liaison Manager for the Modern Energy Cooking Services program, Malcolm mainly focusses on finance and capital markets issues.

Malcolm has worked for many years at the OPEC Fund for International Development where he was responsible for structuring and managing financings for private sector projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and elsewhere. He was mainly involved in handling projects in the financial sector and in energy access and clean energy.   

In his earlier career, he worked in corporate finance arranging and executing debt and equity transactions in the London international capital market.

Malcolm has a degree in Government from the London School of Economics and a MBA from Manchester Business School.
