Ciara will be on the publications committee overseeing the societies research output whilst Ellen will form part of the meetings and communications committee, promoting the work undertaken by the volunteers.

Postgraduate research students Ellen Goddard and Ciara Sugrue have been elected onto the Committee for the Botanical Society of Britain and Ireland (BSBI).
