Join Professor Sarah Mills of Loughborough University's School of Social Sciences and Humanities for a talk to accompany the Volunteering, Displacement and Livelihoods exhibition.

Professor Sarah Mills (School of Social Sciences and Humanities) has been part of a wider international research team focusing on the kinds of voluntary labour practiced by young refugees and related themes via the Refugee Youth Volunteering Uganda (RYVU) project.

This event coincides with World Refugee Day and is part of World Refugee Week (19-25 June 2023), the world’s largest arts and culture festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary.

There is step-free access into Martin Hall and there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor corridor.
