Lauren Page has developed a stroke rehabilitation device – Aulm – which supports progressive physiotherapy for people recovering after a stroke.
Her product encourages the gross movement of the patient’s arm and shoulder, enabling them to carry out rehabilitation exercises at home – without professional supervision – not just every two or three weeks during a hospital visit.
Aulm is set to become a key device for stroke rehabilitation.
