Damaged cards will be reprinted free of charge when you hand over your old card
Stolen cards (on provision of a police crime reference number) will be reprinted free of charge 

Pre-order yours via the Online Shop or visit us in the Herbert Manzoni Building and we will print a new one while-u-wait

First ID cards for students will be issued at registration. 

First ID cards for staff will be issued by HR following right to work checks. 

Adjustments to access rights on cards for staff and students can be sorted by contacting our colleagues on the Card Desk.
