Over three busy days we welcomed thousands of new students into their halls at Loughborough – one of the most exciting moments of the year!

From the very first cars pulling onto campus, the atmosphere was electric. Our accommodation teams, wardens and hall committees were out in force, helping to carry boxes, point people in the right direction and make sure everyone felt at home from the start.

Families also got to see how welcoming our halls are, with plenty of support on hand to make moving in as smooth and stress-free as possible.

By the end of each day, halls were already full of life, with committees getting everything ready for the first welcome events. It was the perfect start to what’s set to be an amazing year ahead.
