Why did you choose to come to Loughborough to study?
I chose to study in Loughborough because it is one of the leading universities in the UK, with an excellent reputation in research, teaching and student experience.
Why did you choose to study your programme?
I was looking for a programme combining both the business as well as the technical aspects of information management. This programme was exactly what I was looking for, as it is designed to provide students with hybrid information management and business technology knowledge and experience. Moreover, the fact that “the Information Management research centre” in Loughborough is one of the top in the country was a major factor that encouraged me to select this programme.
How have you found the teaching on your course?
The teaching on the course was very professional and unique as it did not rely on lecturers with academic experience only, to deliver the content, but also on instructors from the industry and speakers from companies such as IBM and BT, to ensure the students acquire both the theoretical as well as the practical knowledge required about the topic.
What do you hope to do when you graduate? How will your Loughborough experience help with this?
I want to pursue a career in information management after graduation. The extensive knowledge, I gained from my experience in Loughborough, about this field, in addition to the learning, leadership, research and presentation skills, I developed during this period, will definitely help me in achieving this goal.
What do you enjoy most about your time at Loughborough?
What I enjoyed most from my time in Loughborough, was meeting new people from all over the world and being exposed to various cultures, ideas, backgrounds and experiences.
