We know that our recruitment panel consist of 3 straight cis men, which could cause a disadvantage to applicants identifying themselves as part of LGBT+ community. A Legitimate Aim would be to make the panel more diverse and include individuals with different characteristics (2 out of 3); and we would like to see this change happening on the recruitment panels planned for the next 3 months in 4 Schools.
