We are committed to creating an environment that embeds equity, diversity and inclusion as everybody’s responsibility.

Our university strategy - Creating Better Futures. Together - emphasises the importance of working collaboratively, which is something we want to embed within equity, diversity and inclusion as much as possible. Collectively, we can make positive change and have a bigger impact across the institution.

It is the diversity of experiences, thoughts, and perspectives from our staff and students that will create a more equitable culture at Loughborough University. Whilst our leaders have a responsibility to take forward our equity, diversity and inclusion commitments, we all have a part to play to ensure we are being active participants in progressing EDI.

In order to support individuals to grow their knowledge and confidence, and be able to play an active part in making Loughborough the equitable, diverse and inclusive organisation that we want it to be, we have created a series of resources to provide support and advice for you to adopt within your daily life and professional environment.
