The independent NSS asks students for honest feedback about what it’s like to study at their institution, and to rank their overall satisfaction with their course.
This year, 98% of English students at Loughborough who completed this year’s NSS agreed they were satisfied with their course*, putting Loughborough within the top 10 in the UK.
Dr Oliver Tearle, Programme Director for Engilsh, said:
"We're delighted with this result, which is a testament to the high-quality student experience at Loughborough and also the real sense of staff-student community here. This has always been a key aspect of studying English at Loughborough. Our students really value the teaching and support we provide, they get to know us and we them, and they consistently praise our enthusiasm for our research interests, as well as our sense of commitment to the subject."
