Magnus GT Hamann works part time for Loughborough University as a University Teacher. During his PhD, Magnus investigated how interaction, memory and motivation is organised and constructed following traumatic brain injury. 

When Magnus is not a university teacher, he researches interaction related to health and atypical interaction, policing and use of force, and assistive technologies. Magnus currently works with the Aston institute for Forensic linguistics and the mental health wards in the NHS.
