Nishat is a Lecturer in the Work and Organisation group at Loughborough Business School. She received her PhD from Aston Business School in 2016. Nishat’s current research interests focus around the areas of leadership (e.g. abusive supervision, servant leadership), and employee wellbeing.
Iain is a Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years' experience in work and organisational psychology. He specialises in psychometric tests and testing, (cyber) bullying at work, and workplace productivity and counterproductive behaviour.
Eva’s research focuses on precarious employment situations and how these affect wellbeing, identity and behaviour, publishing her research in leading academic journals.
Cheryl's research interests and publications have mainly been in areas such as occupational stress, management of change, and women in management.
Sarah's research focuses largely on gender, organisations, sociology of higher education, and sociological research in science, engineering and technology.
Clive’s research interests are generally concerned with the experience of work, with a more specific interest in IT work.
Prior to joining Loughborough in 2019, Olga was a consultant in the healthcare industry. Olga’s research interests include the impact of work design and the built environment on work outcomes and occupational health.
Erik’s research interests include leadership, motivation, individual differences, work design and implicit cognition at work.
