I am a Senior Lecturer in Lifestyle Behaviours & Health. My research focuses on understanding, measuring, and promoting lifestyle behaviours such as physical activity, sedentary behaviour, diet, and sleep. My work involves developing, implementing and evaluating theoretically informed interventions.

I am a Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Public Health. I have specialist research interests in nutrition inequalities linked to migration and ethnicity; food practices and its relationship with non-communicable diseases; behaviour change interventions and food environments.

I am a Reader in Clinical Exercise Science, specialising in energy balance, obesity and obesity-related disease e.g. type 2 diabetes and chronic liver disease. My work typically centres on biomedical science but also includes elements of epidemiology and behavioural science.
