What is LUSIP?
The Loughborough Super Intern Project (LUSIP) is a career readiness and internship support programme co-launched by Loughborough University and mShare (实习僧) – one of China’s leading graduate career platforms.
拉夫堡超级实习生项目 (LUSIP）是由拉夫堡大学联合全球最大的促进年轻人职业发展的平台mShare（实习僧), 共同发起的职业准备和实习支持项目。
LUSIP aims to assist students in the fall of 2025 to enhance their job-hunting skills, explore China-certified internship opportunities, and receive targeted guidance during their 26-year preparation for graduation.
LUSIP 旨在帮助 2025年秋季学生在26年准备毕业期间, 强化求职技能, 探索中国认证的实习机会, 并在职业准备过程中获得针对性指导。

Who can apply
Opportunities are open to students from China who hold an offer to study a postgraduate programme with Loughborough London, Loughborough Business School, the School of Design and Creative Arts, or the School of Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences.
Open to Loughborough 2025 offer holders. Priority goes to students who have paid the full £3,000 deposit: (£2,500 standard PGT deposit + £500 LUSIP deposit). If you’ve paid only £2,500, you can top up £500 before applying in July to gain full eligibility.
机会面向拥有拉夫堡伦敦, 拉夫堡商学院, 设计和创意艺术学院, 体育运动和健康科学学院四个专业 的硕士offer的中国留学生。
本项目面向满足条件的拉夫堡offer holders. 优先录取：已缴纳 £3000 押金的 offer holder (含标准 PGT 押金 £2500 + LUSIP 专属押金 £500）已缴纳 £2500 的同学:7 月申请前请补缴 £500，才可获得 LUSIP 申请资格。全额押金 (£3000) 将用于抵扣学费 即使你还未申请 LUSIP，只要满足条件并确认录取，学校也可以先签发 CAS。
Cost & Deposit
The £3,000 is part of your tuition deposit – not a programme fee. LUSIP is entirely free to participate in. Students are responsible only for their own travel/accommodation costs during the internship.
支付拉夫堡大学课程定金是确认入学意向和参与LUSIP资格的必要条件. LUSIP项目本身提供的所有培训, 辅导, 实习匹配与内推服务均不收取学生任何费用. 项目过程透明公开(注: 实习期间可能涉及的个人交通, 住宿等生活成本需自行承担.)
LUSIP Application Process
- July – September 2025: Official Application Stage
- April – May 2026: Career Support Stage
- July – September 2026: Internship Stage
