What is LUSIP?

The Loughborough Super Intern Project (LUSIP) is a Pre-Master internship programme co-launched by Loughborough University and mShare (实习僧) – one of China’s leading graduate career platforms.
拉夫堡超级实习生项目 (LUSIP）是由拉夫堡大学联合全球最大的促进年轻人职业发展的平台mShare（实习僧), 共同发起的职业准备和实习支持项目。
LUSIP aims to upskill students joining a Master’s programme at Loughborough University in Fall 2026. You will complete a 2-month practical internship with a reputable company in Mainland China before joining your Master’s programme in September 2026. You will also have 1-1 careers guidance and optional skills sessions as part of the programme.
LUSIP 旨在帮助将于2026年秋季入读拉夫堡大学硕士课程的学生提升职业能力。
在2026年9月开始硕士课程前，你将完成一段 为期2个月的实践实习，实习企业为中国大陆的知名公司。

Who can apply
Opportunities are open to students from China who hold an offer to study a postgraduate (Master’s) programme starting in September 2026 with Loughborough London, Loughborough Business School, the School of Design and Creative Arts, or the School of Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences.
该项目面向来自中国、并已获得以下学院2026年9月入学硕士课程录取的学生开放：

LUSIP Application and Internship Timeline

Internship Timeline
- February 2026: Applications open on a rolling basis (Apply sooner = confirm your internship sooner)
- March – July 2026: LUSIP career development and internship preparation takes place (before and during your internship)
- May - August 2026: Internship Stage
- 2026年2月：开始接受申请（滚动录取，越早申请越早确认实习）
- 2026年3月至7月：职业发展培训与实习准备阶段（在实习前及期间进行）
- 2026年5月至8月：实习阶段
Closing Dates for applications
**Please note if you intend to take a Pre-Sessional English (PSE) programme you will have a specific application closing date:
For those taking a Pre-Sessional English programme:
- 11-week On-campus PSE students latest application date: 13th March 2026
- 6-week On-campus PSE students latest application date: 10th April 2026
- Online PSE students latest application date: 12th June 2026
For those not taking a Pre-Sessional English programme:
- Non-PSE students latest application date: 12th June 2026
