- 93% of students would recommend their hall to prospective students
- 88% feel part of their hall community
- 96% feel safe or very safe in their accommodation and the surrounding area
Arrival & move-in experience
- 94% said the application date and time were clear
- 91% found the accommodation application process clear and easy to follow
- 94% rated key collection and registration as Good or Very Good
- 90% rated arrival communications as Good or Very Good
- 95% received a welcome booklet, and 98% found it informative
Staff & support
- 90% rated hall management/reception staff as Good or Very Good
- 87% rated maintenance staff as Good or Very Good
- 91% rated cleaning staff as Good or Very Good
- 88% rated the warden team as Good or Very Good
- 60% rated the sub-warden service as Good or Very Good (with many others not needing to use it)
These results are something we’re really proud of and reflect the hard work of our hall teams, wardens and support staff across campus. We also recognise that there’s always room to improve, and your feedback helps us understand where we can do better.
