Register and tell us your room preferences

15 - 16 August

Room preferences take place on 15-16 August on a staggered basis. This helps reduce the demand on our website and ensures everything runs smoothly.

We do not make any accommodation offers to preference applications until the Room Reservation system has closed.

At the start of your time slot, you need to:

Register on our accommodation system.
Select five preferences based on the area of campus, room type and catering option (we recommend you do your research in advance).
Complete the application.
Review your confirmation email.

Your preferences will be used as a guide but we cannot guarantee that you’ll be offered one of your preferred rooms. Accommodation is allocated based on availability and the preferences you select. We also consider the date of your application when allocating rooms.

If you have any difficulties with registering, please check your personal details are correct and that you are not trying to register before your designated time slot. If you still experience any difficulties, please contact us.
