Early room reservation
You can register early and reserve your room online from 10am on 5 June until 5am on 15 July.
You need to:
- Register on our accommodation system.
- Have your list of room choices ready with options covering a variety of room types. Consider what is most important to you and do your research in advance.
- Complete the reservation (when you select a room it will be held for 15 minutes for you to complete the reservation. If you do not complete the reservation in that time, it will be released, and you will need to make a new selection).
- Review your confirmation email.
- If you cannot see your first-choice room, you will need to select something from the rooms available. The room reservation system is a live system, and all available options will be visible.
We strongly recommend you reserve your room early to secure your preferred accommodation.
After 5am on 15 July, you will still be able to register but you will need to wait until the reservation system re-opens on 15-16 August to reserve a room.
Registration deadline
We guarantee you a room in halls of residence if you register with us before 5am on 24 July.
By missing the registration deadline, accommodation in halls of residence is no longer guaranteed. However, we do still promise to help you find university allocated accommodation. This could be campus halls or a referral to accommodation off campus.
