Get your room reservation time slot
By 30 July, we publish the time slots for you to be able to reserve your room in halls of residence from either 15 or 16 August. You will be sent an email about it too.
Please make a note of your time slot so you know when you need to log in to apply.
Time slots are all in British Summer Time (BST).
We are not able to change your time slot. If you are unavailable during your designated time slot, you will need to choose someone to apply on your behalf. Please make sure they have your list of preferred options and access to your accommodation account. You will also need to provide them with your UCAS ID number and make them a nominated contact.
If you are offered a change of course, please review the time slots as your session may have changed.
