Registration
All participants are required to register and pay the appropriate fee (detailed below) to attend the conference. There is an early bird discount for those that register before the 26th April. The fee includes access to the conference sessions, lunch & refreshments each day of the conference, dinner on Wednesday evening and access to the gym.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Anyone registered as a student at the time of the conference or who has completed their studies between 1st January 2024 and the 12th July 2024 is eligible for the discounted student fee. Proof of student status and/or ISEA membership will be required. ISEA student membership details can be found on the ISEA website.
- The conference dinner option is only required for persons accompanying a registered delegate, or Loughborough University Alumni just attending the dinner.
- If you wish to attend both the WSCG and ISEA conferences, you can book through either the ISEA or WSCG websites/online shops.
- All WSCG conference attendees are invited to join up for a round of golf at the Belfry Resort during the afternoon of Friday 12th July as an optional, extra activity. The round of golf option is only available to those delegates that have paid the appropriate registration fee for the WSCG or the combined registration fee for both WSCG + ISEA conferences. Please note, this is not included in the registration fee and must be booked and paid for separately.
