IAS Residential Fellow Professor Jeffrey A. Nittrouer delivers a workshop for Postgraduate Researchers (PGRs) - 

With this seminar, Professor Nittrouer will drive forward a discussion about his experiences building diverse and successful laboratory groups.  Diverse means a range of expertise and backgrounds.

Success is defined as members pursuing research collaboratively and symbiotically, working together to learn from each other’s strengths, and push forward new science concepts
