How we work during lockdown

Adapting to life and remote working during this period of lockdown presents challenges for all of us. Everyone’s lived experience is different, but for many colleagues, there are heightened levels of anxiety and stress for a multitude or reasons.

This is completely natural. We all have our unique situations to deal with and will be coping in in different ways. Colleagues are simply encouraged to do the best they can in difficult circumstances. The wellbeing of colleagues and of their families is of paramount importance to the University.

Staying connected with colleagues is an important aspect of remaining healthy whilst working remotely. This guide is intended to help you manage your wellbeing during this unprecedented time.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Human Resources and Organisational Development team, or email me directly at a.m.mackinlay@lboro.ac.uk.  Stay safe, and I look forward to seeing you back on Campus later this year.
