Senior Leader Level 7 Apprenticeships offer an innovative and cost-effective way of attracting, developing and retaining high-calibre employees to your business. We work in collaboration with employers to design programmes that meet specific business needs. We appoint dedicated Programme Directors and Academic Mentors as well as having a Workplace Learning Manager to support your organisation and your apprentices throughout the programme.  We also ensure that apprentice feedback and performance monitoring are fed back into improvements to our programmes.

Why an apprenticeship?

  • Make the most of your levy contributions
  • Develop, promote and retain your most talented employees
  • Gain recognised, accredited qualifications from a UK Top-10 business school
  • Benefit from flexible part-time learning
  • Work with us to create a bespoke programme that is tailored to your specific challenges and needs

MBA projects

The Managing Innovation module gives students the opportunity to work on live projects alongside innovation partners and plan a strategy for developing something new.

Students also have access to the advice of a range of start-up business experts and present their strategies to the company directors. Our aim is to inspire students to realise their own business ambitions.

For more information on how you can work with us please contact Dr Amanda Berry.

MBA Internships

Students who choose the MBA with Internship option are seeking to secure a 45-52 week professional internship in their second year.

An MBA internship is an excellent way of attracting talent to your organisation. It is a cost-effective way to have a skilled MBA student with international work experience working in your organisation, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to tackle one-off projects or particular management issues.

Our students value the opportunity to contribute to UK organisations, apply their MBA learning and previous work experience.
