Jennifer is a solicitor and partner in the firm of Joelson JD LLP. She specialises in employment law and advises businesses and boards of directors on a wide range of employment matters. She also represents individuals in employment rights cases. 

Companies Jennifer advises include larger publicly listed companies as well as smaller companies. Sectors include tech, energy, food and beverages, leisure and healthcare. She regularly advises entrepreneurial start -ups and those with or seeking investment funding. A number of her clients are entrepreneurs and established businesses coming to the UK for the first time to set up business. Jennifer’s practice also includes advising on business immigration.

Jennifer has lectured and held seminars for various professional bodies and businesses on a wide range of employment and business immigration topics. Jennifer has an LLM from the London School of Economics.
