The Loughborough Talent Match+ programme is designed to provide a tailored recruitment service for organisations who are interested in engaging with and hiring Loughborough students and graduates.
The Talent Match+ service will partner with you to create a package that works to suit your needs. It can also help to increase interest in job opportunities in your organisation, including everything from short-term internships to placement years and graduate roles.
The programme is run by the University’s Careers Network. The team support employers at every stage of the recruitment process and will work to create an effective recruitment package with you. Elements on offer include engagement opportunities on campus or online, advice on how to create a standout job advert, consultancy about who you are looking to recruit and how, and dedicated support from a personal account manager.
