Mika Stojsavljevic and Ben Gusic-Wan will compete in the Girls’ and Boys’ Singles Main Draws respectively.

The first Junior Grand Slam of the calendar year– which has previously been won by established names such as Andy Roddick (2000), Nick Kyrgios (2013 - Singles and Doubles), Karolina Pliskova (2010), and Jelena Jankovic (2001 - Singles and Doubles) – begins on Saturday 20th January 2024.

Nathan Miller, Academy Manager at LUNTA said: “One of our main aims as an Academy is for our players to earn the right to compete at the four Junior Grand Slams during their journey at Loughborough.

“Mika and Ben have consistently shown incredible desire and commitment to be directly accepted into Junior Grand Slam Main Draws and we’re sure the opportunity of playing alongside the very best in the world at the Australian Open will help positively shape their progress as developing players.

“We wish both players and the travelling LUNTA staff team the very best of luck.”

Elsewhere, LUNTA graduate Mimi Xu will also compete in the Girls’ Singles and Loughborough University alumnus Lloyd Glasspool is set to appear in the Men’s Doubles Main Draw.
