15 Loughborough athletes have been selected to compete for their respective national teams at the European Cross Country Championships in Belgium next month.

The annual Championships, this year taking place in Brussels on the 10th December, will see athletes from across the continent in the U20, U23 and senior categories for both genders, with a mixed 4 x one mile relay typically starting the day’s proceedings.

The 11 current Loughborough students, alumni or Loughborough based athletes automatically selected to compete for GB&NI, are joined by a further three Loughborough athletes after the selection meeting that took place on Monday 27th November. Additionally, alumnus Ossama Meslek will compete for Italy in the mixed 4 x mile relay.
