International Relations, Politics and History achieves success in recent National Student Survey

National Student Survey 2023

According to the most recent results from the National Student Survey (NSS), 94% of History students and 92% of Politics Students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course.*

There were also some excellent results from individual courses in the Department. 

  • 96% of History and International Relations BA students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course. 
  • 95% of History and Politics BA students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course. 
  • 94% of History BA students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course. 
  • 94% of International Relations BA students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course. 
  • 92% of Politics, Philosophy and Economics BA students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course 
  • 91% of Politics and International Relations BA students at Loughborough University were positive about the teaching on their course 

Nearly half a million students across the UK are invited to take part in the National Student Survey (NSS) every year. The NSS provides students the opportunity to give honest feedback about what it has been like to study their course at university or college. It is published every year and is a rich and influential source of information about higher education.
