Professor Caroline Kennedy-Pipe provided evidence to the latest UN report on drone warfare. The report, presented to the UN’s Human Rights Council, focused on the troubling global diffusion of targeted killings through armed drones and the concerning precedent set by the assassination of Iranian General Quassem Soleiman in January 2020.
