I really enjoyed the Control Engineering module in my second year, the lecturer was one of the best I’ve had and he made the course very enjoyable to learn. It was all very new to me, but I found it really interesting.

I’ve always been interested in helping people and the course stood out to me as a way to improve quality of life by developing new solutions to existing problems.

Thanks to my placement and the course, I know I want to work within the medical device industry. My degree will support me because of the experience I have gained and the recognition Loughborough has for being a top Engineering university.
