Where is my timetable for the day?
Your personalised timetable will be provided when you register on arrival at the event, which will include the sessions you selected when booking your place.

How do I amend my booking?
If you would like to review, edit or cancel your booking, please email inspiring.minds@lboro.ac.uk.
What if I can't attend anymore?
These events have limited capacities and therefore, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend, so that we may offer your place to someone else.
Please email inspiring.minds@lboro.ac.uk if you are no longer able to attend.
I completed the booking form, but haven't received any more information
After completing the online booking form for an Inspiring Minds event, you should receive an automated confirmation email with more information.
Please check your junk/spam folders for any emails from inspiring.minds@lboro.ac.uk. You may like to add this address to your safe senders list in your email account.
If you still do not find or receive anything, please email the address above with your name and the event you booked onto, so that we can investigate.
Can I bring a parent/guardian?
Parents and guardians are welcome to attend.
What can parents/guardians/teachers do on the day?
Additional visitors such as parents/guardians/teachers are welcome to accompany their child/students to our Inspiring Minds events. The subject-specific sessions are for students only, however other visitors can get involved in a number of activities on the day. These include:
- Talking to expert staff on our Parents and Guardians stand throughout the day
- Taking part in specifically identified Parents and Guardians talk/s, if they are included in the schedule
- Stay outside of the sessions in the open exhibition space (guest Wi-Fi access will be available)
- Take a wander across campus or into town.
Will lunch be provided?
No - lunch will not be provided, so please bring a packed lunch with you.
On-site retail outlets are usually available to purchase additional food and drink - please note that these are cashless and only accept card payments.
Do I need to bring anything?
You may like to bring some basic stationery, such as a pen/pencil and notepad, to take notes during the sessions.
In the interests of sustainability and to reduce waste, please consider bringing a reusable coffee cup and/or water bottle with you.
