Loughborough Management Programme - Gold

If you're ready to take your management to the next level, the Gold Level of the Loughborough Management Programme is for you. 

Building on everything you’ve learned in Bronze and Silver, this cohort-based experience is designed to help you reflect deeply, connect meaningfully, and grow strategically. Through immersive workshops and shared learning, you’ll explore what it means to lead with authenticity, build trust, and drive positive change across the University. 

Gold Level Overview

The Gold Level includes: 

  • Two full-day workshops. 
  • One half-day session. 
  • Delivered in a cohort format to encourage peer learning and collaboration.
