Supporting your development
Development may mean promotion for you; it may mean getting more out of your current role; or it may just be a way of increasing variety. Either way, development is important to ensure that you are able to keep up with ever-changing job roles, which ultimately helps you maintain performance in your role and more importantly, job satisfaction. A key part of our employee benefits package is providing you with the opportunities and support you need to develop and progress.

Performance and development review scheme
Our strategic plan, Building Excellence, recognises that an essential part of enabling employees to achieve their full potential is monitoring their performance against agreed objectives that support and aid their development.
For this reason, we have a Performance and Development Review (PDR) process in place to support your progression.
The review process provides a formal, annual review for all employees, and will set you mutually agreed, achievable objectives that guide and balance your contribution. It will help to identify your development needs, and where appropriate will determine the resources you require to achieve your objectives.
