The Doctoral College Office (Academic Registry) is a one stop shop for all research students, supporting administration requirements from the point of application through to admission. You can:
Access your student record
Use the Student Self Service portal to access your student record.
Your student record is a combination of your personal data and academic record as held by the University centrally. Find out more about your student record →
Request a letter
You can request these from the Doctoral College Office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. There is more information available on:
We are also able to provide ad hoc letters if you are able to provide details of what you would like to be included.
Update your bank details
Use the Student Self Service portal to update your bank details.
Pay your fees
Finance Office provide comprehensive information on how to pay your fees either online or by other means.
