Societies are moving to digital at a quick pace and the use of digital resources by older adults is highlighted as problematic (Yates et al, 2021; Lloyds, 2021).

In fact, the 65+ age group was identified with the lowest engagement and digital skills in the UK, which might impact the use of essential services provided mainly online. This project is exploring the role of design to bridge the gap of the digital divide among older adults. It is based on lived experiences of people aged 65 and over.
