Title of thesis: Driving with data: info-visualisation supporting driving.

Serena has a Master’s degree with honours (110/110 magna cum laude) in Communication Science, with a specialization in Business and Institutional Communication. Her thesis focused on Strategies and Techniques for Innovation and Technology. She has also got a post-graduate degree on International Sales and Marketing Management.

Her interests and research on Design are focused on Interaction Design and Human-Machine Interaction (HMI). The main aim of her work is to make easier the interaction between humans and technology, in particular in the field of automotive (HMIs for dashboards, clusters, and on-board entertainment systems), Mobile Apps and Internet of Things (design of connected objects and usable Apps).
