Thomas joined the School in May 2017, having previously worked at the Universities of Munich, Aston, and Cambridge.
Thomas’s research focuses on firm performance and its drivers. This includes research into the optimal structure of the firm, performance differences between public and private ownership, as well as the internal organisation of the firm, including management practices.
