The students had the opportunity to visit company offices in the capital and be introduced to:
- Paysme – a FinTech company providing a ‘super app for SMEs’
- Furious Fox – a technology and design studio
- Formula Media – a media agency specialising in emerging channels.
The cohort were given a presentation by the CEO at Formula Media revealing his personal career journey, the business model of Formula Media, and an insight into the marketing trends of the future such as eye tracking, facial recognition and user-driven advertising.
There was also the chance to network with former MBA students from Loughborough Business School in the heart of Spitalfields Markets before a tour of Silicon Roundabout the following day – home to the third largest tech start up cluster after New York City and San Francisco.
