Client-centred approach
The starting point is for our team to get to know your organisation and the most pertinent issues you’re facing. We’ll then develop a programme based on your most pressing problems and priorities.
We’ll set out everything in writing, so you know exactly what your programme will include. And our experienced Programme Manager will work alongside you to develop the training, and throughout its delivery and evaluation, to ensure it meets your goals. We can deliver training either on our Loughborough or London campus, or on-site at your organisation.
Specialist expertise
All our programmes are developed and delivered by specialists with research expertise, and employment and consultancy experience within their respective fields. Teaching staff are from across Loughborough University as well as industry, commerce and the professions – all well qualified to upskill experienced managers.

Our dedicated Programme Director and Programme Administrator will also be on hand to ensure the success of your programme and look after your delegates.
Student support
We want your delegates to get the most from their time with us. So we’ll encourage them to engage in reflective practice, set goals and help them see the links between what they’re learning and how they can apply that when they get back to work.
All students will have access to our student portal and Virtual Learning Environment where they can receive support from tutors, explore reading materials and exercises, and take part in interactive discussion groups.
If students have been out of learning a while, we can offer extra support. All students will have access to our Library and online resources.
Short courses
We offer a range of short courses to help you access the latest insights in sustainable and purpose-led business. Our intensive short courses and masterclasses cover topics in depth and give you high impact ideas and best practice you can apply straight away in your organisation.
