Redesign of a Playstation 3 Six Axis Controller for People with reduced dexterity.

Tim Mosey; Rosie Wainright; Sebastian De-Cabo (Portugal)

The project aim was to design a Playstation Controller for one-handed people.

In order to design a cost effective Playstation Controller for reduced dexterity people, buttons were designed that can be directly attached to a standard Playstation controller. All parts were manufactured with an SLS machine, though 3D printing machines can be cheaper options. For people with a specific disability, additive manufacturing can be used to find tailored solutions.
