Joining our Nursery
We welcome applications for new children to join us at Loughborough University Campus Nursery. Applying for a place at our Nursery is easy and we'll guide you through the process, step by step.
Arrange a tour
Get in touch with us to arrange a tour of the Nursery to see if it's right for you and your child.
Keep in touch
It's important to keep in contact throughout the process and let us know if anything changes.
Offer of a place
We will offer you a place at least four months before your required start date.
Accept the contract
You will be emailed with a nursery contract offering you a place. Once we've received your registration fee your nursery place is secured.
Settling in sessions
We will arrange visits and offer settling in sessions, usually over a two-week period leading up to your child's start date.
Meet the team
You'll meet the team and get to know your child's key person who will go through the admission paperwork with you.

We look forward to welcoming your child to Loughborough University Campus Nursery.
Registration fee
A registration fee will be charged, per child, on confirmation of a booked place. This covers administration costs, two planned visits and a nursery bag. This is returnable to Loughborough students who are still registered as Loughborough University, College or RNIB students when their child leaves nursery (see our fee information for current rate). Payments can be made by bank transfer, or cash/card at the nursery, though credit card payments will carry a premium to cover the additional cost of processing, debit cards will not.
