Research and Innovation Culture Working Group

Our Research and Innovation Culture Working Group helps shape how research is experienced, supported and valued at Loughborough.

It advises on issues relating to research and innovation culture, responding to institutional feedback and developments across the sector. The group meets every two months and reports jointly to the Research and Innovation Committee and the People and Culture Board (a subcommittee of the Human Resources Committee).

Membership is intentionally broad, seeking to represent all facets of our research and innovation community, including academic, technical and professional services staff, doctoral and early-career researchers and staff networks.
