XX. Removal of Officers and Members of Council

Any Officer of the University appointed by Council, in accordance with the provisions in Ordinance VIII, or any member of the Council may be removed from office for good cause by the Council. No person shall be removed from office unless they have been given a reasonable opportunity to have been heard by the Council or by a body appointed by the Council, composed primarily of Council members, to consider the case. Applicable procedures, including for particular categories of Officers and members of the Council, are set out in Ordinance VIII (The Council).
