We use the Apprenticeship Eligibility and Initial Assessment Form to gather important information from you to help us make these decisions. This form is a mandatory document and a completed signed form must be provided to Sbe.Apprenticeships@lboro.ac.uk before your application can be progressed.

The document also enables the University to ascertain whether any areas of the applicant’s previous education may be considered as Accredited Prior Learning (and therefore discounted from the cost of the Apprenticeship).
