Investigation of thermally driven nanoscale spin textures

Profile

Dr. Rakhul Raj is a Research Associate in the Department of Physics within the School of Science at Loughborough University. His current research focuses on investigating the thermally driven behavior and motion of nanoscale spin textures, as well as developing experimental measurement schemes for nanomagnetic and spintronic device applications.

Prior to joining Loughborough University, Dr. Raj briefly served as an Academic Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM). His PhD work at UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research, Indore focused on magnetic domain dynamics and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction on perpendicular magnetic anisotropy systems.
