Biography

Raza is a researcher and scholar hailing from Pakistan, currently pursuing a Ph.D in Physcis - Radiation Detectors as part of the next generation of Solid-State Detectors (SSD).

As a recipient of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) overseas scholarship, Raza has embarked on an academic journey to explore innovative solutions in radiation detection technology.

Before moving to United Kingdom, Raza has worked as Lecturer in Physics at Higher Education Department KP Pakistan.

Research

Raza is Working on Next Generation of Solid-State Detectors (SSDs) focusing on Perovskite materials. This is a large class of materials that has attracted the attention of researcher all over the world since 2009. Raza's project aims to fabricate, characterise, and utilise high energy radiation detectors based on Perovskite materials.
