Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park (LUSEP) offers offices, workshop and laboratory space for knowledge-based organisations, with excellent opportunities to engage with the University’s research and innovation base and graduate pool. Existing space ranges from rent-a-desk and to large units, and there are bespoke opportunities for design and build.
