KIN (exhibition)
An exhibition exploring the diverse art and design practice within the Art and Foundation Studies Team.
About the exhibition
This exhibition showcases the multi-layered and collaborative work of staff teaching on Loughborough University's Art and Design Foundation Studies programme, making connections to materials, and human and non-human endeavour.
Art and Design Foundation Studies is a fast-paced, creative, and engaging one-year course that allows students to develop and explore their artistic abilities before choosing an undergraduate degree. It covers Textiles and Fashion, Visual Communication, Fine Art and 3D Design. As practicing artists and designers working across these fields, teaching staff bring rich pedagogies to the programme that are explorative and experimental in approach.
Curated by Dr James Chantry and Ann Charlish.
